  3. To achieve your goal, act each day. Recognize that obstacles will arise. Shut your eyes and plan how you’ll respond to obstacles as they arise so that you can keep moving toward your objective.
  4. Get new knowledge. Talk to specialists and conduct research if more information is needed. Attend a course. Using this information to elaborate on your mission statements and the steps necessary to achieve them.
  5. Spend some time thinking about your visualization.  Spend a total of 10 minutes visualizing twice daily. It functions most effectively just after you wake up and just before you go to sleep. This will motivate the unconscious to aid in your determined attempts to reach your goal.
